Project Plan – Describes how the project will be run.
Requirements Specification – Describes the specific requirements for the software.
User Interface Specification-Describes all user-visible aspects of the software.
Detailed Design Specification – Describes all software design issues, and describes the plan for implementation.
Testing Plan – Describes how the software will be tested to ensure that all requirements are met.
Status Reports – Describes the project team’s performance against the schedule. The status report is usually delivered during weekly meetings with clients to discuss status and change requests.
Change Management – STG captures, prioritizes, assigns, resolves and verifies changes to requirements.
